Note: Our times are indicative as a time slot for your collection, we are not a scheduled service and therefore we can only indicate our proposed times of departure, therefore you will be called the evening before with an exact time for your pre-booked transfer.

Important Information

Our seats are limited, if this booking is not required, please advise at the earliest to make the seat available for another client.

Whilst Atkinsons will endeavour to ensure your arrival is outside the 30 minutes allowed for flight check-in, it must be stressed that we are not in control of the environment within which we work, being traffic, weather and other clients. We will do our best to ensure all are successful.

Payment

Once your booking is confirmed we require a credit card to secure the reservation. The payment including a 1% surcharge, will be processed at the time of booking.

Receipts are emailed or texted to your mobile phone number from our Zeller EFTPOS system. If receipt is required, please do not delete the text from Zeller.

Confirmed Booking

You will receive an email confirmation on the day of booking, another two days prior to your journey and another reminder a few hours prior to your departure.

Important Information

If your phone number is cancelled, disconnected or incorrect it is your responsibility that you advise us immediately to arrange communication.

If we cannot contact you we will drive by, knock and depart.

1:30/2:00 am Shuttle Departing Hervey Bay

Your Shuttle will collect you between 1:30am & 2am for Hervey Bay & between 2:00am and 2:30am for Maryborough. If your shuttle is delayed, your driver will contact you on the phone number you provided at the time of booking to advise you of your new pick up time.

5:00am/5:30am Shuttle Departing Hervey Bay

Your Shuttle will collect you between 5:00am & 5:30am for Hervey Bay or between 5:30 & 6:00am for Maryborough/ Granville. If your shuttle is delayed, your driver will contact you on the phone number you provided at the time of booking to advise you of your new pick up time.

12:00am/12:30am Shuttle Departing Hervey Bay

Your Shuttle will collect you between 12:00pm & 12:30pm for Hervey Bay or between 12:30 & 1:00pm for Maryborough/ Granville. If your shuttle is delayed, your driver will contact you on the phone number you provided at the time of booking to advise you of your new pick up time.

6:30am,10:30am & 5:30pm Return Shuttle from Brisbane to Hervey Bay

You will be in contact between 0600-0630, 1100-1130 or 1800-1830 with your collection time.

Collection Points:

Cruise Terminal – The Car park area directly across the terminal pedestrian crossing is the pickup location. Also known as Shuttle Bays

BNE Domestic Airport- C1 Parking Pick up point - Exit the arrivals terminal and enter the sky walk via the lift or travelator. Cross the sky walk and take the lift or travelator down to the “Ground Operations” bus zone to Green C1 and wait for collection

BNE International Airport -“Pre Booked Vehicles” - Once you have cleared customs, Exit into the Arrivals hall through glass secure area and turn left. (past Coffee Club) Exit the terminal building under the “Coach Departure” sign. Proceed down the ramp and follow the signs to “Pre Booked Vehicles”

Hospitals- Upon booking, you will be informed at what location you will be dropped off and collected from.

If delayed, a waiting fee will be applied. A charge of $65 inc GST will be charged per hour or part thereof, unless we can allocate you to a service later in the day.

Changes & Cancellations

Should you cancel and you require a refund, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be deducted before the refund is processed.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to travel are non-refundable or alternatively you can hold your booking in credit for a period of twelve months.
To Cancel or amend your booking, please contact the office directly by telephone or your booking agent immediately to confirm the changes.
Should your return time or date change, or your flight is delayed, or you will not be returning, you must contact us so we can ensure your shuttle is scheduled and available for your collection.
Due to the distances involved, effective time management is essential to maintaining the quality of service for you and other clients.
Please note that any fees incurred by BAC may be passed on in certain circumstances.
